In our department »Moving Pictures«, we are looking for a “computer tamer” that manages the IT infrastructure of our department. You will install and maintain our department-specific systems. Moreover, you will be in charge to monitor both our data, devices, and services required for our developments. By these means, you will participate in our success stories by providing the basis making our work as smooth and efficient as possible.

You will come in touch and learn about our multi-compute cluster hardware for 3D reconstruction and our sophisticated software development pipelines for media creation, processing, compression, and playback. You will setup databases to track our equipment and monitor our storage devices.

You love to work with computers? You master both Linux and Windows operation systems? And while working, you aim to have a glance into the fascinating technology related to movie production?

Weekly working hours are determined by agreement. You can start from now on (as a student assistant from 8 to 12 hours a week). You can reduce your hours before exams and increase them during semester breaks. You can flexibly determine the working days. After your studies, you have the option of working with us full or part time.
